Irrigate up to 98% of square or rectangular areas
Valley linears are suitable for areas of 4-405 hectares with slopes to 6%. They can cover large areas and odd-shapes such as L shaped fields by pivoting
around the cart axis at the end of a run. When combined with forward-reverse tow options, this gives great flexibility.
Water supply options include Canal feed and Hose feed.
Guidance by three possible methods - above-ground cable, furrow, or below-ground.
|
Canal feed
- Power and water pressure are supplied by an on-board diesel generator and direct coupled pump.
- Machines can be up to 975m in length.
- Pumps and engines to deliver from 31.5 to 252.3 litres per second.

Hose feed
- Water is supplied by a flexible hose from a pressurised mainline.
- Onboard diesel supplies electrical power.
- Poly hoses with inside diameters to 152mm.
- Flow rates from 12.6 to 88.3 litres per second.
